JOB SUMMARY:
A professional nurse or social worker who assists in coordinating Emergency Department care in accordance with established standards and philosophy of Coon Memorial Hospital Emergency Department. Primary responsibilities include coordinating home care services, coordinating outpatient services, utilization review, liaison with payers, scheduling of services and referral follow through within the team. OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Class I
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Social Work.
Experience: Minimum of two years experience in health care or related field, demonstrating management and leadership expertise, preferred. Demonstrates ability in application of organization/communication skills required.
