Senior Care Solutions


This is an exciting program designed for:

Senior Adults and their caregivers that have unique needs such as: physical decline, loss of independence, safety concerns, and multiple losses that require special attention and contribute to depression and other mental health issues.

Our program for Senior Adults offers a structured outpatient program to older adults who are experiencing mental health issues which have an impact on their sense of well-being and overall functioning. Program hours vary depending on patient need. Seniors in the structured outpatient program attend three hours per day (9:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.)two/three days per week. Transportation and lunch are available to those who meet medical necessity.

Who Benefits From The Program?

Individuals whose quality of life has been diminished by physical and/or emotional stressors
Individuals who have not progressed or benefitted sufficiently in less intensive treatment settings
Individuals whose mental health is declining and might soon require inpatient care without treatment

Program Goals

Reduce feelings of depression and anxiety
Strengthen connections and community support
Improve coping with issues and challenges with this phase of life, including physical illness, grief and loss
Increase sense of control in one's life

Requirements:

To qualify for our outpatient behavioral health program, the individual must be a senior adult of 55 or older with Medicare as their primary insurance carrier, and must have behavioral and/or emotional difficulties.
