Located just south of the Hospital on 16th street, Dalhart Family Medicine Clinic offers services to our patients that encompass a wide variety of healthcare needs for all ages including:

We have five family practice providers at DFMC, each with a unique insight to medicine and healthcare. Along with our providers we have a staff of registered nurses, licensed professional nurses, nurse assistants and knowledgeable office personnel.

We have also added, Dr. Mitra Jafari to Dalhart Family Medicine Clinic. Dr. Jarafi is a General Surgeon who is ready to provide her excellent service and extensive knowledge.

Appointments are scheduled from 8:30-11:30 am and 1-4:30 pm in the afternoon. The telephones are answered from 7:30 am-5:00 pm and receptionists are available during the noon hour. The clinic can be reached at (806) 244-5668.
