Dallam-Hartley Counties Healthcare Foundation Inc.
The purpose of the Dallam-Hartley Counties Healthcare Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) entity, is to provide charitable assistance to the residents of Dallam and Hartley counties and to the Hospital District in the form of funding, property, and services that may be used for the following:
Provide funding for improvement of equipment and facilities available to patients and staff
Provide funding for improvement of equipment and facilities available to patients and staffMarket Hospital activities
Provide educational scholarships for exceptional and deserving staff to attend college/university programs
Provide funding for professional development opportunities for Hospital staff
Provide funding to recruit physicians and other Hospital staff
Provide funding for activities identified through the annual strategic planning process
Provide charitable assistance for care that is provided by Hospital facilities or it's providers.
Donors who establish named endowments can select a preference for awarding proceeds. Preferences will be limited to any of the items listed in the statement of purpose.
