Legacy Assisted Living

Our Assisted Living facility is a combination of housing and personalized support services where each person receives customized care and attention.

It is designed for the person that does not need the full range of services offered by the Nursing Home, but requires supervision or assistance with medication management, bathing, dressing, grooming, or nutritional guidance.

Therapy services are available to residents through Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy.
